Pyrus communis Packham's Triumph

Medium to large fruit with pale green to yellow skin when ripe. Juicy and smooth textured flesh, with a very good flavour. Used for fresh fruit, preserving, and cooking. Stores well, with good keeping qualities.

Maturity: Late February - early March (Mid season).

Suggested pollinators: Josephine, Baby Face.

Tree care: Plant in a well drained and well worked soil. Take care to plant the bud union above the soil level. Water in well and keep soil moist until tree is established. Fertilise when planting and again after new growth appears. Prune tree when planting to encourage new growth.
