Helichrysum angustifolium
A perennial shrub with narrow, grey/silvery leaves and a spicy curry aroma. Clusters of bright, yellow flowers appear in Spring/Summer. Will tolerate hot, dry conditions, sandy soil and minimal water.
Position: Full sun.
Height: 60cm.
Harvest: All year round and prune to maintain shape.
Uses: Provides contrast in garden planting and flowers can be used in dried arrangements. Small sprigs can be added to infusions, mayonnaise and egg dishes.
