Description: Beauty of Richmond has very large showy flowers of pale lavender approximately 15-20cm in diameter. Beauty of Richmond can be grown on an obelisk, trellis or pergola and is a deciduous climber. Bred by Russells Nursery, England in 1935.
Growing Tips: Keep moist but not wet at all times. Beauty of Richmond responds well to pruning after flowering and can be cut to two thirds its size or less if required. Beauty of Richmond will reflower about eight weeks after pruning during the warmer months. Always fertilise with a well balanced fertiliser after pruning. Not ideally suited for a hot or deeply shaded position.
