Rosmarinus officinalis
An aromatic perennial shrub with grey/green needle like leaves producing bright blue flowers in Spring. Requires an open, sunny, well drained position. Can tolerate dry conditions.
Position: Full sun to part shade.
Height: 50cm.
Harvest: Regularly or prune to encourage a compact bushy shape.
Uses: Leaves can be used to flavour olive oil, meat, chicken, bread, pasta, sauces, baked vegetables and salad dressings.
