Thymus vulgaris
Thyme has small, tasty, grey-green leaves with pale, purplish flowers during Summer. Prefers an open, sunny position in well drained soil.
Can be used to add flavour to soups, pizza, pasta, risotto, meat, vegetables, stuffings, oil infusion, and salad dressings.
Position: Full sun.
Height: 25cm.
Harvest: All year round.
