Thymus x citriodorus
A perennial lemon scented thyme with small green or variegated leaves producing small pink flowers in Summer. Requires an open, sunny position in well drained soil. Grows to 25cm. Suitable for pots.
Position: Full sun.
Harvest: All year round. Can be pruned pre-Spring and throughout the growing season to encourage fresh growth.
Uses: Add to sauces, baked vegetables, risotto, fruit salad, salad dressings, infused olive oil, fish, meat and chicken dishes.
